We take your privacy at the center of our care to ensure from start to finish you feel well taken care of. You can start with a consultation if you feel like jumping both feet in to begin with is not right for you or you want to ask questions to see if this type of treatment program is the best step to take. If you feel you do not need a consultation session then go ahead and make an appointment to get started! Endometrial cancer when using estrogen-only replacement and your uterus still intact. Taking progesterone with estrogen-only replacement can reduce this risk factor.
Breast cancer when using a combination of estrogen and progesterone therapy for more 5 or more years
Can cause symptoms of nausea, headache, breast tenderness, fluid retention, bloating, irregular bleeding. These symptoms, if present, typically will reduce or eliminate within a few months once the regimen starts.

Typically most insurance companies will not pay for this type of treatment and medications. However at OTM we can provide you with an invoice and service code and you can submit to your insurance to request authorization and payment back to. OTM is contracted with several major insurance companies for physical health services.
